  We were very satisfied with the work and the process involved in purchasing and laying a carpet. We decided to approach Craig as a result of reading other reviews about P and O carpets.
  Don't expect any refinement, Craig is a very down to earth man who tells it as it is. He is a warm friendly and very honest, individual. He gave very good advice about the selection of a carpet and about the importance of quality underlay. He even encouraged us to compare other merchants before making a final decision on carpet selection. That done he returned with samples for us to make a final selection.
  Craig believes in quality work as he recognises that his next job could depend on a good review. He was very careful about fitting our carpet which was 5 square metres and not the easiest to manipulate. He does take longer than the 'big boys' to fit a carpet but you are assured of an excellent job. He is also prepared to move furniture for you which is a benefit if you are getting on a bit. They also hoover, tidy up and put furniture back in position
  We have no hesitation in recommending P and O carpets to you.
